Jean-Marie Le Pen, this application is related to his remarks on the “batch” held in June 2014, according to his entourage.

the founder of the FN s’ was then taken to the artists committed against the party, like Guy Bedos and Madonna. Then they advanced him the name Patrick Bruel, Le Pen had added. “Hear, you will make a batch next time”

Mr Jalkh, the request concerns an investigation “incitement to discrimination” in the allocation of social housing opened after a complaint by the association La Maison des Potes.

in this complaint, the association involves people published the “practical short guide to municipal elected National Front”, saying it encourages FN elected to establish discrimination in access to social housing by giving priority to French.

the legal Affairs Committee of the European Parliament must now consider these two requests for waiver of immunity. MEPs will then have to decide in plenary on the recommendation of the commission. The procedure may take several months.
